Kazakhstan referendum held in line with national law, CIS observers say

ASTANA. March 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The referendum on a new Constitution in Kazakhstan was conducted in full compliance with national legislation, the head of a Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) observer mission Igor Petrishenko said on Monday.
